Wrap It With Cheese

I have been looking for new snack ideas.  Last week, I had extra veggies and was thinking about how I could use them.  I love Mushroom, peppers, and onions so much and thought, “Why don’t I just wrap it in cheese!” I begin looking on Pinterest for ways to do this because I have never tried it before.  It was simple and didn’t take a whole lot of time.

Wrap It With Cheese

First, I laid two pieces of Pepperjack Cheese on a parchment lined cooking pan. Then, I placed in the oven on 375° for 8 minutes or so until it just starts to brown on the edges and has a lace like appearance. Please watch so it doesn’t burn!

Next, add mushroom, peppers, onions on top of cheese.  (These were sauteed vegetables leftover from dinner the night before.) Wrap and place back in the oven until cheese is brown on the top. Now it is time to enjoy! It is a great low carb idea!
