Strawberries and Sprite Cake
Are you looking for an easy dessert that is delicious? My mom made this Strawberries and Sprite Cake for Easter and it was a hit! I love this dessert because it is light and not absolutely awful for you. You could always use Sprite Zero to cut down on the sugar! This would be perfect for cookouts and pool parties! Of course, a pool party is my favorite thing to do in the summer. It will be here before you know it! At your next party be sure and try this Strawberries and Sprite Cake recipe!
Strawberries and Sprite Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can Sprite
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- Vanilla Ice Cream, Optional
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Combine a can of sprite with a box of yellow cake mix and stir until combined.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, slice strawberries and add sugar. Place in refrigerator until needed.
- When ready to serve top with Strawberries and Ice cream.
- Enjoy!
