Check out these Uses and Benefits of Ginger Essential Oil.  If you are a person who suffers with nausea or gets car sickness, then you should consider using Ginger Essential Oil.  I have always suffered both car sickness and motion sickness since I was a little girl.

Now when we head out for a road trip, I never leave home without my Ginger Essential Oil.  In addition, it is great for digestion issues.  I have used it when I was glutened and it worked well for me.  I generally just simply inhale it, so the bottle is barely used! I have also used it as a substitute for cooking when I was in a bind.
