My pork chops turned out so moist and full of flavor.
I dipped the pork chops into an egg mixture full of seasonings, then dipped them in panko crumbs and pan fried them in extra virgin olive oil.

Have you ever baked or grilled these?
I have not, but if I was going to bake them I would place them in a 13X9 dish with 1/2 cup melted butter or EVOO and bake them at 350 for 30 minutes, flip the pork chops over and continue to cook for about 15-20 minutes. Let me know if this helps!
I actually was excited to try this and had everything perfectly. All the measurements and ingredients. I didn’t even get to 3 minutes on the pan with two medium pork chops before they were pretty charred on the outside. I smelled them and they smelt horrible like rotten. The meat was not though…. Didn’t even bother continuing the other chops I had. Just threw it away. Thanks!
Amazing recipe and like most people that know how to cook know, if the cut is thicker place a lid on the pan to cook through and not burn.
How long should I fry each chop if I’m using thin boneless pork loin chops?
approx 4 minutes on each side.
My husband is a pork chop fanatic and these are his favorite. Thank you!
