White Chocolate Dipped Oreos
My husband LOVES Oreos. There is nothing better to him than an oreo dipped in chocolate. My Mother-in-Law made these White Chocolate Dipped Oreos for Christmas last year instead of her traditional Oreo Truffles.
Now, I have to admit that my husband was slightly disappointed however it didn’t seem to slow him down enjoying them 🙂 This sweet treat is so easy to make and you can use any variety of oreo and chocolate. You can also decorate them with sprinkles! Best of all it is a no bake sweet treat that is easy to make! We know the White Chocolate Dipped Oreos will be a hit but make sure to check out StockpilingMoms other dessert recipes!
White Chocolate Dipped Oreos
Ingredients
- White Chocolate Coating
- Oreos
- Optional Sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt White Chocolate Coating or Almond Bark according to the package directions in the microwave or in a double boiler.
- Dip Oreos into the white coating and lay to dry on a piece of wax paper.
- My Mother-in-Laws tip is to then dip them a 2nd time! This is what gets the smooth edge.
- You can also sprinkle with sprinkles or even nuts! You can make these in a variety of colors too (use an oil based food coloring not liquid)
