Homemade Energy Bars

Homemade Energy Bars are the best! Cost very little to make and taste amazing!

It is so simple to make your own Homemade Energy Bars! My husband loves energy bars to take to work. He works in HVAC  and during the summer months he is constantly out in the heat. When it’s gets to the afternoon he is exhausted and needs something to help him get through the day. He will pull out an energy bar to help fuel his body. While he loves energy bars they can be a bit pricey. So finding a recipe to make them myself will help cut the cost down.

I used Mom’s Best Cereal Blueberry Wheat-fuls in these delicious Homemade Energy Bars. Their cereal is sweetened whole grain shredded wheat cereal with frosting made from real blueberries for a healthy and delicious breakfast. Free of artificial flavors or preservatives, no hydrogenated oils and no high fructose corn syrup.
