Easy Antipasto Appetizer

This is an Easy Antipasto Appetizer. My friend Ruth brought this to our Daughter’s of the American Revolution June meeting and I fell in love with her antipasto skewers. When they say presentation is everything, they aren’t wrong. Ruth originally brought this Easy Shrimp Appetizer in December, and I was impressed then too!

Easy Antipasto Appetizer:

For this appetizer she used skewers to create an antipasto dish. Antipasto is an Italian appetizer typically consisting of olives, anchovies, cheeses and meats. She used a green olive, salami, marinated mozzarella cheese, basil, cherry tomato, tortellini, another salami and black olive. It was the perfect combination of flavors, and I loved this appetizer!

You could easily add other veggies, peppers or any variety of meat (prosciutto, pepperoni, coppa, capicola, salami and sopressata). I think serving with a cracker or bread on the side and this would be the perfect appetizer for a girl’s night!

I hope you enjoy this Easy Antipasto Appetizer as much as we did.
