DIY Pencil Cushion

Here is a great Back to School tip that you can do yourself – DIY Pencil Cushion. All you need is a broken nerf dart and pencil. I said that correctly, a broken nerf dart. If your kids are anything like my boys they are rough on those nerf darts and the tips break off. We have several of them broken. One day I was wondering what could I use them for. Yes I kept them in a baggie because I don’t throw anything away that could possibly be used for a craft 🙂

All you need to do it cut your dart and make sure their is no foam jagged edges. Next you slide on your pencil. Now you have a DIY Pencil Cushion. No need to go buy expensive ones from the store when you can make them with things you already have around your house.
