This is one of my favorite Disney Parks Travel Tips! If you want a unique way to collect autographs from the characters in the parks you are going to WANT to use this tip! Why? Not only does it create a fabulous souvenir – the characters love it and they ALWAYS give us more attention and conversation (and time) when we use it to collect their autographs.

Disney Parks Travel Tip:

It is an inexpensive an fun keepsake. Purchase a photo mat in the size and color of your choice. We chose black with a silver ink pen for this trip however we have also used a white mat and black pen in the past. Place the mat into a gallon size zip loc bag for safe keeping.

Simply slip it into your back pack and you have the most amazing way for Disney Characters to create a souvenir for your family. Not only will you get a longer experience with the characters the princesses ALL loved this idea and as a result we got a much better experience as a result. In fact we chose to just have the princesses sign our mat since they liked it so much.

Simply pick up a photo mat at your local Hobby Lobby or Michael’s using a coupon and take an ink pen of choice and you are set! This is a huge game changer when it comes you the best Disney Parks Travel Tip! Trust me once you use this one you will never look back!

Plus it is so neat to frame your favorite Disney print in the mat once you are home. I don’t know about you but we have dozens of “books” filled with autographs and this one is the only keepsake that we can enjoy daily by having it framed in our home.

Which of course gave us lots of time for our own pictures and my son was more comfortable when it came time to take the photopass photos too!
