Zesty Garden Fresh Vegetables
We have cookout pool parties a lot thought the summer and are always looking for something new. My Brother-in-Law Mike has outdone himself! This is a fresh and delicious option for veggies at a cookout. Even the kids loved it! This Zesty Garden-Fresh Vegetables recipe is a keeper! Everyone will be asking how to make this one!
Zesty Garden-Fresh Vegetables
Zesty Garden Fresh Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- 2-3 whole Cucumbers
- 1 Large Sweet Onion
- 2 Large Green Peppers
- 5-6 whole Tomatoes
- 1 Bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Pour bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
- Add half a cup of Vinegar. (If the mixture is too tart, you can add Olive or water to dilute)
- Pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill for two hours before serving. You can let it sit on counter while preparing the rest of your meal. It is best slightly chilled but we eat it for days straight out of the frig!
