Slow Cooker Caesar Pork Chops
I had some pork chops that I picked up on managers special and wasn’t sure what to do with them. I also had a bottle of Tessemae’s Caesar Dressing and thought why not! Slow Cooker Caesar Pork Chops were so moist and full of flavor. This was an extremely easy recipe to make and it freezes well. Best of all it is low carb and sugar free! It is a Keto Friendly Recipe if you are following the Keto Diet.
Be sure that you invest in a good quality slow cooker. Our favorite is this programmable cook and carry 6qt oval slow cooker. You can adjust this recipe to feed your family using 4-6 pieces of meat. I personally use 4 to feed my family of 3 with a leftovers for lunch the next day. I use 2 lbs of pork in my recipe but you can adjust between 4-6 cuts of pork.
This recipe is Paleo and Whole30 compliant. I served this with red potatoes (however if you are eating Keto no potatoes for you) and green beans. A nice salad would be good too! If you are not avoiding dairy feel free to sprinkle some fresh Parmesan cheese on top when serving.
If you are following the Keto Diet this is a great recipe for you too! There is only 1g Carbs per 1 TBSP of dressing with 10 servings per bottle. So this recipe in total has only 10g of carbs (no sugar). Tessamaes is my favorite brand for that reason! I hope you enjoy this Easy Keto Diet Recipe.

Instructions
- Salt and Pepper Pork Chops.
- Place ingredients into a freezer safe bag and freeze
- Thaw in the refrigerator when ready to prepare.
- Place into a slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Another idea to make this a complete meal would be to add red potatoes and green beans to the slow cooker. You can either do that when you freeze or when you add it to the slow cooker. If doing so increase your Caesar Dressing to 10 oz. Also use 2 cups green beans and 6-8 medium red-potatoes (reminder no potatoes if you are eating low carb/Keto).

Hi, I printed the shopping list for the 20 healthy freezer bag recipes in 3 hours. At quick glance, I believe the caesar dressing is missing from the list. Can’t wait to get started!!
Yes. I noticed the same thing. The ceasar dressing, extra red potatoes, and green beans are all missing from the shopping list. I really wanted to get started quickly on these but I think I’m going to have to sit down and go over each recipe carefully to make sure I get the list right. Im hoping to make Only one trip to the store. The recipes do sound great though.
How do you see this as a keto friendly. Potato are a not allowed at all.
I clearly state that the potatoes are optional 🙂
Not sure how someone that can’t read ingredients and use common sense can be on a keto diet. “What do you mean I can have a cheeseburger on a keto diet, it has a bun!”
Anyway, thanks for the recipe. I’m a man and suck at cooking, so it’s always nice to see recipes with 2 ingredients and no skill required haha.
A cheeseburger without the bun! LOL
Just put this easy and wallet friendly meal in the slow cooker. Thursdays we have ukelele ballet and piano practice so slow cooking is the way to go for easy and still healthy meals. Cannot wait to try it in between all the chaos. Thank you for this.
You are welcome!
Unfortunately, if you dont have access to the specific sauce, there’s no making this dish, and it is not included on the shopping list.
No worries! It is available online – https://www.tessemaes.com/
