Pineapple Boats
Pineapple Boats are one of my favorites to make for parties. If you are looking for a fun and healthy party food for your next Luau, then you will want to consider making Pineapple Boats. My parents used to make these for us growing up and we LOVED them. There is something special about eating from a toothpick that makes kids happy for some reason.
We always garnished our wedges with decorative toothpicks and maraschino cherries for a fun luau themed healthy treat!! Add a lei and paper umbrella and you have a beautiful creation!
