I came across this recipe on Facebook as my friends had posted that they made them.  So of course I had to get the recipe and make them this past week.  My husband and I were in heaven eating them. The recipe makes 18 muffins, but you can put them in an airtight container and place in the fridge for a week.  I had one straight from the oven, but the ones from the fridge during the week for breakfast before work were even better!

  1. These are a big hit! I pushed several chunks of cream cheese down into the batter with a knife tip once in the tin before adding cream cheese topping and it worked well too.

  2. 5 stars
My family loves these muffins! And we are walnut lovers, so I sprinkled a few chopped walnut on top before putting them into the oven,
    Yummmmmm
