Pillsbury 2-Ingredient Fudge Brownie Cookies are the perfect last minute dessert! I totally forgot I had to take a cookies to an event I went to. Everyone was supposed to bring 2 dozen cookies, of any kind. Of course, I made the ole faithful sugar cookies I bought from a fund-raiser. I only had 12 sugar cookies left, so I had to come up with something else. Last week, I saw the Chocolate Brownies at Kroger and picked some up. You know what the scary thing is? I was talking about them and next thing I know this recipe popped up on facebook.
Pillsbury 2-Ingredient Fudge Brownie Cookies are an easy and fast recipe. With only two ingredients it’s quick and easy! The best thing is they look amazing and taste even better. You can’t go wrong with this and people think you spent a little longer than you did! If you have a party with kids you better make more than 12!
Pillsbury 2-Ingredient Fudge Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Package Pillsbury Place and Bake Brownies
- 1/4 c Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cut each Brownie in half.
- Roll each half in a small ball.
- Roll the small brownie balls in the powdered sugar.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
- Let cool for 3-4 minutes.
- Dip top of brownie cookies in powered sugar covering the top.
- You are ready to serve!
