Mojito Lime Chicken Wrap

My family loves wraps! We are always looking for something to eat for lunch while chilling by the pool.  This is one of our favorite wraps! The Mojito Lime Chicken Wrap has become our go to.

We always marinate our chicken overnight in McCormick Grill Mates Marinade Mix – Mojito Lime.  It is one of my favorite marinades.  We grill the chicken for lunch and then store the leftovers for the next few days.  It is not unusual for us to eat this wrap a few days in a row. The perfect thing about this wrap is the chicken can be served warm or cold, so it’s also perfect for packed lunches. I actually prefer it cold for a fresh tasting wrap on a hot day!

Other great things to add to your Mojito Chicken wrap are jalapeños, cheese dip, rotel tomatoes, or just about anything.  I count calories so I try to make as low calorie as possible and typically split it with my youngest or eat the other half for dinner. Even half of the wrap is very filling.

  • 1 packet McCormick Grill Mates Marinade Mix - Mojito Lime
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Ole Mexican Foods Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Large Tortilla
  • Kroger® Shredded Queso Quesadilla Cheese
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Crunchy Sante Fe Tortilla Strips
  • Ortega Mild Ranch Taco Sauce
  • Tomatoes or Canned Tomatoes with Green chilis, optional


  • Marinate four Chicken Breasts overnight.
  • Slice Chicken into thin strips.
  • Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. I prepare mine on a large cutting board.
  • Add lettuce, chicken, cheese, crunchy tortilla strips and lightly drizzle Mild Ranch Taco Sauce over the top. You can add tomatoes at this time if you choose.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll.
  • Cut in half to share of enjoy whole!
