Fresh lettuce, sprouts and peppers all add a satisfying crunch. Dry produce thoroughly after washing with paper towels. Pack tomato slices separately and add when you’re ready to eat. Keep lettuce crisp by placing a folded paper towel in the sandwich baggie to wick away moisture.
