This recipe is cheaper to make and my boys gave it 2 thumbs up! Plus you don’t have to have a stick when you make corn dogs as a muffin.

All you need is 3 hot dogs sliced and a box of Jiffy prepared according to directions.

Corn Dog Muffins

Cook Time:20 minutes
Total Time:25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy prepared
  • 3 hot dogs each one sliced into thirds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease muffin tin.
  • Fill each muffin tin halfway.
  • Place hot dog in each one.
  • Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Makes 8- 10 muffins.

  2. ive made something like this before but i think i just poored it all into a big pan. i love them but my husband isn’t a fan of it so i haven’t made it in a few years. i guess he likes them fried!
