Hey I’m making this tomorrow I think…is the A1 too powerful for potatoes and carrots added to the pot? If not, how long would you suggest?
I love it added to the pot but if you won’t want to include it the entire time I would do it 1-2 hours.
Hello – I’m planning on trying this recipe tonight…will the A-1 & butter be enough to keep the roast moist? I didn’t know if I should add some broth or anything.
Yep! Feel free to add a little broth or water if you desire.
Can it be done with Chicken?
Yes!
