Salmon with Mango Salsa
Salmon with Mango Salsa is my new favorite dinner recipe to make. It is so fresh and light, and it is delicious Paleo recipe. It is also a clean eating recipe.
I personally love to enjoy Mango Salsa with my Salmon. It is so easy to make and really gives the salmon a sweet taste that I crave without the added processed sugar of a glaze. This is a Whole 30 complaint recipe too! You could serve this dish with Cauliflower Rice, Steamed Rice, Quinoa or Roasted Vegetables.
Salmon is a great choice for healthy diets. It is a great way to boost your Omega-3’s and is an affordable choice too! You can purchase it at Whole Foods for $14.99 a lb. It is easy to prepare too and can be grilled, glazed, smoked, poached or pan cooked. I love how versatile it is!
To make this recipe simply prepare your salsa and refrigerate. Then prepare your salmon. Place fresh salmon skin side down. Heat a heavy nonstick pan over medium heat and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Heat your pan and add the salmon fillet skin side up and season with salt and pepper.
Turn after four to five minutes and cook for the same amount of time, until the fish barely flakes. Add to your plate and add Mango Salsa to the top and add a slice of lemon
I hope you enjoy this delicious and healthy Salmon with Mango Salsa recipe.
