Dress up fun – Halloween Costume Stockpile Time. We are all about making memories with our boys. Every Halloween I buy all the clearance costumes I can find. They have come in so handy especially since it has rained so much this summer and they are perfect for a Snow Day.
The kids have been dressing up and putting on plays for us. It is so much fun to watch them use their imagination and be creative. My favorite is the story about the “headless chicken.” I am not sure where they come up with all of it but it sure is entertaining.
If you have kids, this is a great way to save money. Purchase Halloween costumes when they are on clearance. I stockpile when they are at 70% off and create a costume bin for them. You can purchase in larger sizes too as they grow into them. I like to pull out new costumes on rainy days or snow days. I even add them to their Easter baskets or give them at Christmas.
