When it comes to dinner I like made from scratch however our schedule is so busy that on some nights I need something convenient. Stopping for fast food is not an option so I am always looking for quick meals with quality ingredients that I think my family will enjoy. This is exactly why I love this 10 Minute Dinner – Philly Steak Potato. I recently was introduced to Hormel Everyday Scratch and Hormel Hot Sandwich Meats products and they are perfect for those evenings when I only have 10 minutes to prepare dinner.
Shopping for Hormel
While shopping at Kroger I found the Hormel Everyday Scratch and Hormel Hot Sandwich Meats in the refrigerator section. I decided to purchase the Hormel Philly Style Steak with Sauteed Peppers because it looked like something my husband would really enjoy.
The Everyday Scratch Choices
Rotisserie Style Chicken Flame Seared Carnitas, Flame Seared Chicken Breast, Fusilli Pomodoro with Grilled Chicken, 6-Cheese Macaroni with Grilled Chicken and Roasted Garlic Cheese Risotto with Grilled Chicken varieties.
The Hot Sandwich Meat come in Philly Steak, Tequila Lime Steak, Tequila Lime Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Buffalo Chicken varieties.
My husband loved the Hormel Philly Steak. In fact he had NO idea that I didn’t cook it from scratch myself. He even asked where the dinner dishes were 🙂 The Philly Steak has a great taste and freshness, without preservatives and high quality ingredients that have 0g Trans Fat. This dish is a simple and versatile protein (with veggies) that I can prepare quickly when I am on the go.
For a complete and hearty meal I steamed some fresh veggies to add as a side. Best thing was I was able to have dinner on the table in 10 minutes! I will be sure to keep this item in my stockpile.
Baked Potato Tip
