Easy Breakfast Idea for On The Go Moms

Check out these Easy Breakfast Idea for On the Go Moms. If you are a busy on the go Mom like I, am you are going to fall in love with this quick and easy breakfast idea.  Sunday is a busy morning for us.  We are trying to get out of the door for Sunday School and Church.  Luckily my Sunday School class provides breakfast for us but since I am gluten free, I always prepare this protein packed yummy treat for myself on my way out of the door.  It is my treat each week for a job well done (when I say job well done, I mean that we survived another week 😉 and I savor the moment each week.  I make a cup of hot tea and out the door I go to enjoy it.

Easy Breakfast Idea for On the Go Moms:

Toast a piece of bread – I use gluten free bread but you can use any that you like.

Spread on your favorite variety of Jif Peanut Butter – I choose extra chunky

Spread on your favorite variety of Smucker’s Jelly – My personal favorite right now is the Fruit and Honey Strawberry

Moms PBJ Moment

As you know we have been spreading our love of Jif Peanut Butter and Smucker’s Jams and Jellies via our PBJ Moments with you over the past several months.  This month Smucker’s provided us with a fun PBJ Party Box, and my family had lots of fun celebrating their love for PBJ’s.  My hubby was thrilled because as you know he would willingly eat one every single day of his life (and often does).  This is his comfort food and go to meal for us.  I love that I can customize each PBJ so that everyone in my family is happy.  Best of all that makes me happy, and we all know that is Mom isn’t happy – then ain’t nobody happy 😉
