Uses and Benefits of Rosemary Essential Oil
Uses and Benefits of Rosemary Essential Oil. Rosemary has traditionally been used for stimulating the mind, enhancing mental clarity, treating skin ailments, relieving stiffness of joints, and stimulating healthy hair growth. Many find its warming qualities beneficial for arthritic pain and stiffness. Some have found it effective in treating colds and congestion.
We use Rosemary Essential Oil daily on my son before he goes to school. Just 1 drop on the bottom of his feet mixed with a carrier oil (coconut oil). It is great for concentration. You can use this oil on days those children have tests or if they need a little additional help with focus.
