Uses and Benefits of Oregano Essential Oil

Uses and Benefits of Oregano Essential Oil. Oregano Essential Oil is powerful and should not be taken orally without extreme caution.  It is best to be taken with another food or inside of a gelatin capsule.

I have used it internally to treat sinus infections and flu-like symptoms.  It works really well in removing warts naturally.  Be sure to use a carrier oil when placing Oregano on the skin.  Another piece of advice is when taken orally to take a probiotic with it.  It should not be taken internally for more than 10 days.
