Benefits of Eating Fresh Fruit
Eating more fruit is one the best things you can do for your body. Fresh fruit is better than canned, juiced or cooked. Fresh fruits are most easily obtained when in season locally. So when fresh fruit is on sale I like to stockpile it and flash freeze it for future uses. Freezing your fruit will help it to obtain its nutritional value.

The USDA recommends consuming a minimum of 1 1/2 to 2 cups of fruit a day. I usually try for at least 2 cups every day. It personally makes me feel great when I eat fresh fruits and veggies. I like to always have them on hand especially
