Spinach Dip
Spinach Dip is always a huge hit at my family gatherings. I love to make this dip because it is super easy and I can serve it with tortilla chips or sourdough bread pieces.
Spinach Dip is an easy meatless appetizer that everyone enjoys. It does have quite a few ingredients but this is a delicious dip that is super easy to make. When hosting a party at my house I like to serve this dip with Margarita Punch and Sunny Orange Lemonade Recipe.
Did you know that you can freeze cream cheese? It works great and saves money! I like to purchase cream cheese in bulk on sale and stockpile it for recipes. Check out this post Can You Freeze Cream Cheese to find out how!
Simply grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Cook your onion and garlic until lightly browned and add your spinach and simmer until hot. Add your milk, cream cheese, mozzarella and seasonings and you will soon have the creamiest Spinach Dip possible. I love this recipe because it is naturally gluten free when you use gluten free Worcestershire Sauce (always check your label).
