Slow Cooker Garlic Gravy Roast Recipe
This Slow Cooker Garlic Gravy Roast Recipe is one of my all time favorites that my hubby makes! But then again, I am a huge garlic lover and who can resist yummy gravy. If you love garlic you will love this one. I add it in most of my recipes. So it’s a good thing that my kids loves it too or we would be in trouble.
This easy crockpot recipe is so simple with only a beef roast, minced garlic, stick of butter, packet of gravy, beef broth with salt and pepper for seasoning. It has a lot of flavor with very few ingredients. This is a great recipe to make when you find fresh garlic on sale or managers special. That’s all you need! See I told you it is simple and the best part is that you can leave it in the crockpot for 10 hours and forget about it. No need for checking or adding anything.
Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic all over. Season with salt and pepper if using. Sprinkle the packet of gravy mix next on top of roast then add in a 1 cup beef broth around the edges. Place a stick of butter on top and place the lid on. Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove and shred, then serve. Be sure to give this one a try! I serve Slow Cooker Garlic Gravy Roast Recipe with stuffing, green beans and rolls.
