We love cooking recipes using shredded chicken! By preparing shredded chicken and freezing it, you can really save yourself time and money in the kitchen. Shredded chicken is so easy to prepare and then use in chicken recipe. By preparing in bulk, you can cut your dinner prep in half.
I always have shredded chicken in my freezer from buying chicken in bulk and then once I am home, I boil the chicken, shred it and then freeze it in 1 lb. and 2 lb. quantities.
