Purdue Perfect Portions are Gluten Free
I wanted to share with you that Purdue Perfect Portions are Gluten Free! I really love the Italian marinated chicken breasts. Matched with a coupon on sale I can usually get these for less than $.75 a chicken breast. They are a great go-to staple as they are so easy to prepare. I like to find them on manager’s special matched with a coupon and get them for less than $.50 and when I do it is STOCKPILE Time! They freeze really well.
They are cage free, no animal by products, no hormones or steroids and only 140 calories per breast! I like to serve them with a half of a sweet potato or rice and a veggie. It is a nice low calorie meal.
