PetSmart Coupon Policy

I have not been able to find in writing the PetSmart Coupon Policy online.  I did however call and ask the local manager what the coupon policy is, and he said that they accept manufacturer coupons (paper and internet printable).  He did say that it can vary from store to store if they mark a coupon down the coupon to match the price or give overage.  If they give overage, it does not come in the form of cash back but instead applies to another product in your basket.
