Peach MilkShake
In the summertime, I love having a refreshing Peach Milkshake. They are super easy to prepare and you can customize to suit your tastes.
I used to love going to my local Ice-cream store to get one, but once I learned how many calories were in them and the cost, I decided to make my own at home. I used only three simple ingredients and within a few minutes I was sipping on a delicious Peach Milkshake.
In a blender I combine a fresh or frozen peach slices, vanilla ice cream and almond milk. Next, blend all of the ingredients until smooth and then pour into a glass to enjoy! It really is that simple. So next time you want to enjoy a healthier, tasty milkshake be sure to try this Peach Milkshake.
To make it gluten free, I used So Delicious Coconut Ice Cream with Coconut Milk. It is very creamy and tastes great! You can also easily make this dairy free by using coconut ice cream. I love making my milkshakes at home because I can create theme to be perfect for any dietary needs. Not only does it save me money, it also saves me calories. It is perfect for anyone with food allergies.
