One Skillet Nachos are so easy to prepare and in less than 30 minutes you will be eating this delicious dinner!

I started off this One Skillet Nachos by using a Zatarains box of Jambalaya and created a skillet nacho dinner that everyone loved. It was really filling too and affordable! I picked up my ground beef on sale and stretched the meal with black beans. A great source of fiber too!

You can’t go wrong with Nachos – I like the idea of preparing everything in one skillet! Looking forward to the start of this sweepstakes. Do you know how many winners there will be?

  2. How much water does this call for? I see it on the list of ingredients but not an amount. Do you just use whatever the box of rice calls for or more? Thanks!
