Homemade Poppyseed Dressing

I fell in love with the Costco Spinach Salad with Poppyseed dressing.  I had been going in every Monday and having it for lunch all week long! This has been going on for quite some time.  Costco is sometimes out of the way for me so I decided to make my own at home. Their poppyseed dressing is hard to match but I really enjoy this one too.  It is similar but not exact. Check out this Homemade Poppyseed Dressing Recipe!
