Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup is perfect on a cold winter day.

Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup is a quick and easy soup for those busy days and nights! This soup cooks up in minutes in the microwave. I loved it and will be making this again.  It is also naturally gluten free when using a gluten free chicken broth!

Simply pierce your potatoes and cook them in the microwave and cut into chunks. Combine your broth with the milk and microwave on high for 6 minutes.

Mash your potatoes to help thicken the soup and add some bacon, cheese and serve with sour cream! I love to serve mine with crackers or corn bread. It is so good! I hope you enjoy this Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup! You can also use leftover baked potatoes to make it!
