Easy Fish Sandwich
Here is an Easy Fish Sandwich recipe that is perfect for lunch or dinner during Lent season or any time of year. I like to stock up on frozen fish fillets at the store when they are on sale.
This way whenever I want a quick meal with fish, I have something available. I love to enjoy this easy dinner or lunch during Lent.
All you need for this delicious sandwich is a fish fillet, cheese slice, tomato slice, lettuce and bun. You can omit what you do not want. I make the fish fillet according to the package directions and then stack ingredients on the bun. Sometimes I will take the top bun and place in the microwave with the cheese on top and warm it up to let the cheese melt on the bun.
