DIY St Patrick’s Day Green Pasta

How to make your own St. Patrick's Day Green Pasta is so easy and the kids will LOVE it!

St Patrick’s Day Green Pasta is so easy to make and the kids will LOVE it! My kids love to enjoy Skyline on St Patrick’s Day because they offer green colored spaghetti. It’s a treat that our family does every year, but last year we were snowed in. So I decided to surprise my boys and make some green pasta for dinner. They loved it and were so happy to keep our tradition of Cinnanati Style Skyline Chili served over green pasta. This is a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with your family.

How To Make St Patrick’s Day Green Pasta:

Items needed: large pot, pasta, green food coloring and water

Fill pot with enough water for the servings of pasta you are making. Get water boiling and add pasta. Cook according to package directions. Half way through cooking time add 6-8 drops of food coloring for a small batch of pasta and 12-14 drops for a large batch (adjust to get the coloring you want). Drain pasta and serve right away.
