Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe
Blueberry Coconut Smoothie has been one of my top favorites since I have started making these smoothies. I have been trying to lose some of the pounds I picked up over the holidays by eating clean 😉 So these smoothies have made their way into my clean eating diet and I enjoy one smoothie every morning and one smoothie in the mid afternoon.
I love blueberries and this Blueberry Coconut Smoothie was very delicious to me. This delicious smoothie is also gluten free and Paleo! It is a great way to start your day or refreshing after a workout! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
I love to freeze ingredients for my smoothies! It saves me time and money!

15 ounces of cocnut milk. With these few ingredients the calories for this smoothie are over 1,000?? How can it be worth 2 WWpoints??
Is there an error somewhere in measurements??
Unsweetened Coconut Milk has between 30-45 calories per serving.
My coconut milk container says 100 calories for 1/3 c….so this is almost 600 calories.
Good taste, but will not drink as one serving.
I also added a tsp of cocoa powder and a tsp of hemp hearts.
I think there maybe some confusion here. When someone says “15oz coconut milk” one might think she/he is referring to a 15oz CAN of coconut milk (perhaps even the HEAVY coconut milk in a can) which would be a TON of calories! I’m thinking this recipe means the kind of coconut milk you get from the refrigerated section of the grocery store, with the cow’s milk? Or the canned kind that is “light” coconut milk? (which is really mostly water with a little coconut milk in it) In any case, sounds like a yummy recipe, hope to try soon! But, yes, I’m assuming you don’t mean the heavy, canned stuff, which is more like coconut cream and part of it is semi-solid, even at room temp.
Correct. Not the can. The refrigerated (in a carton).
