Blackberry Coconut Smoothie

Blackberry Coconut Smoothie so refreshing and energizing! A great way to start your day!

This Blackberry Coconut Smoothie is perfect for an afternoon treat. Over the weekend I enjoyed this delicious smoothie after working for a couple hours doing yard work. The smoothie was a great pick me up after all the hard work I did. The blackberries I used were frozen. I had flash freeze them because I stockpiled them when they were on sale. Blackberry Coconut Smoothie

This is a great berry tasting smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries or 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Mix well for a couple minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can use more or less of honey and cinnamon to your taste preference.
