ZingBars Gluten Free Review

Zing Bars are 100% natural and have no gluten, corn, or soy ingredients in them. They come in 6 different flavors and were created by nutritionists. Zing Bars are sold at a variety of stores, including Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Vons; plus, you can purchase them directly through their website.

I tested the Cashew Cranberry Orange flavored Zing Bar. Although not all their bars are dairy-free, this particular bar is dairy free. This bar had a moist, chewy mouth feel to it with a hint of crunch as well. The cranberry orange flavor was subtle, so it didn’t seem too sweet. It reminded me a lot of the insides of Fig Newtons actually. The bar has 10 grams of protein so it was a very satisfying snack. I would recommend these Zing bars to everyone and will definitely be purchasing some in the future.

  1. I’m GF too so this was a great post! I had interstitial cystitis of the bladder and was told that I had to be on pills for the rest of my life to manage the pain. I gave up gluten a year ago and am very happy to say no more bladder pain, no more avoid reflux, 100% medication FREE! 🙂
