Wedge Salad
Wedge Salad is such a simple dish to make that is perfect for lunch or dinner. With the new year starting I am trying to get back to eating well for my body. You can add vegetables to your Wedge Salad, and I chose cucumbers because that is what I had in the fridge.
I also used a Asian dressing but you can use your favorite. All you have to so is cut a lettuce head in half. Peel back the first few layers ( I save these and use in other recipes) and you have your wedge. Next pour on the dressing and enjoy! One of my favorite dressings is Avocado Ranch Dressing.
Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lettuce head
- favorite dressing 2-3 Tbsp
- favorite vegetables optional
Instructions
- Cut lettuce head in half.
- Peel back top layers and save for future recipes.
- Pour dressing over wedge and serve.
