Wedge Salad

Wedge Salad is such a simple dish to make that is perfect for lunch or dinner. With the new year starting I am trying to get back to eating well for my body. You can add vegetables to your Wedge Salad, and I chose cucumbers because that is what I had in the fridge.

I also used a Asian dressing but you can use your favorite. All you have to so is cut a lettuce head in half. Peel back the first few layers ( I save these and use in other recipes) and you have your wedge. Next pour on the dressing and enjoy! One of my favorite dressings is Avocado Ranch Dressing.

Ingredients

• 1 lettuce head
• favorite dressing 2-3 Tbsp
• favorite vegetables optional

Instructions

• Cut lettuce head in half.
• Peel back top layers and save for future recipes.
• Pour dressing over wedge and serve.
