Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Last week was rough for me. I went to the Dr and my sugar was high. Dessert is my favorite course, and I am taking it hard. I mean, I don’t eat dessert all the time, but I do love my sweets! This is when I started searching Pinterest for Sugar Free dessert ideas! I came across this recipe for Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies created by The Sugar Free Diva and people were loving it.
I decided to give this recipe a try. The recipe was quick and easy to make. My son really liked them, and I was on the fence of them being too sweet. Artificial sweeteners sometimes make things too sweet for me. I think next time I will try to mix it up and see what I can come up with. I would love to hear your ideas!
Sugar Free Peanut butter Cookies
Print RecipeIngredients
- 1 Cup Peanut butter, no sugar added is best
- 1 Cup Splenda Sugar Substitute
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Use a non stick pan or cook on parchment paper. I always use parchment.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
- Use a tablespoon to drop cookie batter on the baking sheet. Leave at least 1/2" between cookies.
- Bake your cookies for 8-10 minutes. Half way in, I took a spatula and patted the top of the cookie down. My son loves the marks on the cookie. Do not overbake.
