Use a non stick pan or cook on parchment paper. I always use parchment.
In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
Use a tablespoon to drop cookie batter on the baking sheet. Leave at least 1/2" between cookies.
Bake your cookies for 8-10 minutes. Half way in, I took a spatula and patted the top of the cookie down. My son loves the marks on the cookie. Do not overbake.
