Soft and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Do you subscribe to any recipe magazines?  AllRecipes is one of my favorites! I love technology but I really like to hold what I am reading.  Flipping those pages and looking at all the delicious foods motivates me to cook! This is where I saw this amazingly easy Soft and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie recipe! Who doesn’t love a great recipe?

Soft and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

My whole family loves Peanut Butter and when I see recipes I always pin them.  When I saw this one in ALLRecipes magazine I was excited! What attracted me to it the most is how easy it looked to make.  Since I work from home it is easy to whip something up in the morning and it will be ready for dinner.

This recipe is so easy! First, you use an electric mixer and combine the peanut butter and cream cheese.  Once that concoction is well blended, start mixing in your powdered sugar and Cool whip. You are almost done! Pour the peanut butter goodness in to the pie shell and top as you desire! That is it!!  It is really that easy!

Last thing you have to do is pull it out of the frig for your family to enjoy! My husband loves peanut butter so I was excited to make this Soft and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie for him.  I think it is also a win for the holidays!
