Does the pork roast need to be thawed? I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question.
Yes, we always thaw it overnight in the fridge.
Can’t wait to try this recipe, just a few questions. I’ve got a small 2 pound pork roast I need to use up, other than cooking time could I use the same amount of butter/seasonings? Also, how many cups of butter is the stick you used?
Thanks!
Do you beed to put water in the crockpot and if so how much.
No water! If you want you can always add a 1/2 cup.
I would like more gravy for potatoes, what do you suggest?
Add some beef broth and then thicken with corn starch.
