Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast

Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast recipe is the perfect crockpot dish with only 4 ingredients!

This easy, delicious Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast recipe is so yummy!  I love that I can just dump the ingredients in the crockpot and let it go all day.  Simply place the roast in bottom of the slow cooker, add beef broth and then sprinkle seasonings on top. Next, Place lid on top and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove the roast and serve.  It is that simple and made with all natural healthy ingredients that are limited in processing.

The recipe says to let it cook on low for 8 hours, but you can easily let it go for 10 hours if your schedule is really busy! Perfect for those busy days when you are on the go all day long.  Best of all, this is a low carb recipe.  If you are following the Keto Diet you will love this one!  It is also naturally gluten free, Whole 30 compliant and paleo.

The simple ingredients you need is a chuck roast, beef broth, McCormick Montreal Steaks Seasoning and minced onions.  I love to serve fried potatoes, sweet corn and rolls with the Slow Cooker Montreal Chuck Roast, but you can serve your family’s favorites..  If you are eating low carb, I suggest zoodles or riced cauliflower.  If you are eating whole 30 or Paleo I suggest a baked sweet potato.

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lb chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Onion

Instructions

  • Place roast in bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add beef broth, then sprinkle seasonings on top.
  • Place lid on top and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove and serve.
