How To Make a Sparkler Shield
Check out this Sparkler Shield Safety Tip for your kids. If they love sparklers as much as my son this will help give you peace of mind. Of course don’t allow children to do the sparklers unattended or without adult supervision. We did this and it worked really well. No concern for hot sparks hitting the skin and the cup didn’t melt at all. Of course this is a plastic cup so always take precaution. However we did 10 sparklers and had no issue. We did make sure that the sparkler was pushed up away from the bottom of the base of the cup too.
It is a great idea to help keep those little hands safe on July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day (or any summer evening if you are my son).
