Pesto Sun-dried Tomato Spread is such a quick and easy appetizer to make for any party. It only takes a few minutes to prep and then serve! It doesn’t get any easier than that!

There are only need 4 ingredients in this easy appetizer and it is perfect for a hot summer night. There is no cooking involved in this simple recipe. Simply place a block of cream cheese on plate or serving tray. Then pour a jar of pesto sauce over the cream cheese. Finally place sun-dried tomatoes on top and that is it! Really unbelievable how easy this is to prepare and then enjoy. Serve with townhouse crackers or your favorite cracker of choice.

It is a naturally gluten free recipe when you use ingredients that are gluten free. You can pick up a jar of Pesto at your local grocery store as well as the sun dried tomatoes. I like to keep these ingredients on hand so that when I have surprise guests or get invited to a gathering that I can put this together in literally five minutes (or less) and be ready to go. It pairs nicely with wine too.

Ingredients

1 block cream cheese
1 jar pesto sauce
15 whole sundried tomatoes
1 box crackers

Instructions

Place block of cream cheese on plate or serving tray.
Pour pesto sauce over cream cheese.
Place sundried tomatoes on top.
Serve with TownHouse crackers.
