I decided to head to my local Walmart Photo Center and order a canvas at the 1-Hour pick up.  It was super easy to create (literally look minutes) and best of all I could do my shopping while I waited.  It is super convenient and affordable too!  There are some great sales right now so it is a great time knock out your shopping list!  I was really impressed with the quality of the canvas too.
