Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken
Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken is so moist and delicious! It is really hard to believe there are only 2 ingredients in this easy slow cooker dinner.
We served ours with fried potatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini and garlic breadsticks. Even my husband was able to prepare this recipe and literally can barely boil water! It is perfect on a busy night just to dump this into the slow cooker and go about your day. You will come home to a delicious aroma in your house. You could also serve it with rice or noodles.
I used Ken’s Honey Mustard Salad Dressing which is gluten free. However feel free to use any brand that you prefer. Simply spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray or use a cooking liner (if desired) . Put the chicken in the slow cooker and cover it with salad dressing. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. It is that simple! I can’t believe how simple it is. This makes me think that I could pick up just about any salad dressing and add it to chicken and place it in the slow cooker.
We hope you enjoy this delicious Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken as much as we do! It is soon to be a family favorite once you give it a try!
