I have been doing these for years. I like to add sliced onions, peppers and any other veggie I have that adds to the flavor of the packets. I add a dob of butter and different Mrs. Dash seasonings as well. Their so easy to make and there’s no cleanup. I love grilling because of how great everything grilled taste but also there’s no pots and pans to wash and you can have a complete meal in a short time. Everyone loves them and this idea gets passed on and on.

  2. I do mine with evoo, onions and garlic. Once I toss it together I generously sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can cook these in the oven at 425 for 30-45 minutes. The grill tends to take forever!!!!

I like to add onions, sliced mushrooms, bacon bits & parmesan cheese. When done I top with equal parts shredded cheddar & shredded mozzarella , reseal packets for 5 mins to melt all. This makes cheesy, bacony goodness!!
